Japan Language Immersion Camp 2026 fee: US$3,995. Prices are in US dollars.
- Included in the fee
Accommodation (14 nights), 3 meals/day, Japanese lessons, cultural activities and excursions, staff support, transfers between Takamatsu Airport and the venue, daily updates to guardians.

International airfare from your home country to Takamatsu Airport, travel insurance, other personal expenses.

None billed by us (items above are arranged by you). Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.
- Payment method
Bank transfer or payment against an invoice we issue. (No credit-card payment is taken on this website.)
- Payment schedule
Four installments: (1) US$500 on acceptance (deposit; non-refundable, see below); (2) US$1,500 at enrollment; (3) US$1,500 before arrival; (4) US$495 before arrival.
- Service period
10–24 August 2026 (14 nights). The camp is provided on the scheduled dates after your application is confirmed.

Cancellation / refunds
This is a service; the cooling-off and statutory return systems under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions do not apply. For customer-initiated cancellations, refunds are made less the deposit and a cancellation charge as follows (based on the date your cancellation reaches us).
The US$500 deposit is non-refundable once paid.
Other amounts paid are refunded less a cancellation charge based on days before the start date (10 August 2026):

* If we cancel or fail to provide the camp for reasons attributable to us, we refund all amounts received regardless of the above.
Currency
The fee is in US dollars. Exchange rates and fees on bank transfer are borne by the customer.
